Unless credit terms have been agreed, payment is to be made in full at the time of placing the order.
All prices exclude VAT and delivery.
Delivery is usually within 2 to 4 working days of receipt of approved artwork, however large orders may take longer.
Packing and Transport
Goods will be packed securely before dispatch. Print Displays are not liable for any delay, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our premises. Parcels should be inspected closely before signing for goods. If a parcel shows external signs of damage please either sign for goods as 'damaged' or reject the delivery altogether.Claims for damage while in transit should be made upon the carriers delivering the goods immediately on receipt. Unless written notification of any complaint is made to Print Displays. within 7 days of receipt we will be unable to accept liability. If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the goods then the delivery will usually be re-attempted the following working day. After 2 failed delivery attempts goods will be returned to Print Displays and an additional delivery charge will be applied should you wish for us to re-despatch the order.
Print Displays. will endeavour to match colour to any proofs supplied, but do not accept responsibility for colour correcting any files or scans supplied to us as RIP ready. An additional charge will be made for colour correction. Artwork should be supplied in accordance with the supplied technical specifications.
Products manufactured or assembled according to customers specifications are not offered on approval. All products carry warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a complaint, all relevant work must be returned to Print Displays. within 14 days with a written explanation of the reason for return. No responsibility for errors will be considered by Print Displays. unless a written order was originally supplied. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Cancellation can only be made before an order proceeds to printing. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Print Displays. via Fax or Post. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
